CREATION OF THE UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL Kombissiri  
my name is ouedraogo frederic . I have created and associaion with my uncle  , association culturelle burkinabè . This association was created in 2013 and continue to work nowsadays . I study in paris , France . I was born in burkina faso . With my association i want to help  people in burkina faso  by buildings and university hospital  . this will be good for scholarship and research in medecine .  This university hospital will be build in kombissiri . Kombissiri is not to far the capital . 
                                                  THE UNIVERSITY  
the university will have the capacity  to receive 20000 students . We want to build 7000 buildings and 18  amphitheathers .  This university will have impact for  scientific  . and for the local populations . This will permit exchange between populations and differents cultures . We want to have too and  great library for books and  the students will learn their lessons there . 
Kombissiri the hospital cente will help more than a million people. Kombissiri is a city in Burkina Faso , it is located in the province of Bazèga , 40 km from Ouagadougou which is the capital of Burkina Faso. It is located not far from the city which will be convenient to transport patients. Its geographic situation easy access because it is not located in the city center .she has fifty thousand inhabitants . It is paved by the Ouaga axis Po Ghana border. The population is predominantly agricultural , illiterate , rural and poor . Kombissiri is a crossroads freeing a vast expanse of land. We can free and acquire 7000 acres of land. It takes 200,000 euros to legally acquire 7,000 hectares of land 
We plan to build a medical university center, for all that will appeal to health . We can cite as an example, the construction of a medical school, a faculty of psychology , biochemistry , biology etc.   
                         Medicine 
There will be training to be offered in the field of anatomy, andrology , cardiology of vascular respiratory , surgery , dermatology , pain , right in the humanities and medicine , the ' endocrinology, epidemiology, ethics, gastroenterology , genetics , geriatrics , gynecology obstetric , imaging , radiology, the study immunology , physiotherapy , management of health. Internal medicine and general medicine , nephrology , neurology , the -Hematology oncology, osteocyte articular , pediatrics .

.There Will be cultural exchanges by students from different backgrounds ( we even speak of cultural intermingling , weddings, diversity and racial mixtures ) .The Students will acquire knowledge by enrolling in college, it will benefit them later to enable them to be independent and successful in life . .There Will also be an economic boom thanks to spending what will the students on site Kombissiri . students will be able to provide more Kombissiri especially those from the same Kombissiri . They will later give classes , train farmers to writing and other areas, such as mathematics and agronomy.
We will conduct research on HIV , tuberculosis, malaria. We will work with African traditional healers. The plants in Africa are used to treat malaria and other diseases, we will try to explore this area yet seen mystical and unexplored by leading scientists and researchers in the world ...

the hospital will have 12 poles . 
Cardiology pole , birth pole , operation pole , urgency pole  research pole. 
We want too to make some research againts malaria , hiv and others diseases . We are going to work with traditional healer  . traditional healer don't have diploma or are not doctor but they give health to thousand of persons by using pschology and plants , and potions .  The traditional healer will work with modern doctor around the world , american doctors and europe doctor to translate , to put in common their knowledges.  
The impact will be great for population . In burkina faso the death of baby is too high 10 percent of deaths .with the hospital the death will decreases . We will the modern technology to make researchs and to cure the populations . We need help to have the modern medical devices . All west africa will be impact by our project . It is not just burkina faso or just locality of kombissiri . . we are going to recruit some personnel too . The duration of the project to be  operationnel is 5 years .

2 For dental unit we have an aspiration, a chair, an electric motor.
3 For consultation block 
we need a stool, an examination couch , a light box , ophthalmoscope, ostoscope a baby weighs a person weighs , wastebasket, a waiting room , a stethoscope , a stool, to use blood pressure monitors and armbands sole 
4 For the operating room 
we need a ballance amplifier, a surgical vacuum, scalpels , a surgical lighting, stainless steel furniture block, a block orthopedics, an anesthesia ventilator , an outpatient procedure table, an operating table .
5 For the delivery ward 
we need a shell cradle , a full box , an incubator , a fetal doppler, phototherapy , neonatal respirator, neonatal resuscitation table , a table or a birthing bed. a tococardiographe

we need a portable anesthesia machine , a transport vacuum cleaner, a stretcher , of defibrillators , ambulatory ventilator , emergency kits , transport ventilators

.it will be necessary to train personnel for these facilities. There will be an exchange of knowledge. .the population in Burkina Faso will benefit from this modern hospital cost. . may for example facilitate childbirth pregnant women through the acquisition of ambulances, the necessary equipment and staff training. In Burkina Faso the infant mortality rate is 100 deaths per 1,000 births. Thanks to this hospital we will help improve the conditions for deliveries of women in Burkina Faso, and why not in the sub-region (West Africa). . there will be an impact not only in Burkina Faso but in all southern Sahelian Africa. because it will be provided with equipment at the cutting edge of technology. . doctors will receive training from European and American countries to better treat patients.  . there will be a social impact Kombissiri because people come to heal, they will buy food, clothing that allow an exchange of financial flows all things being equal, will see an economic boom economic growth Kombissiri.  
We can conduct scientific research on diseases such as AIDS (win), tuberculosis, malaria, ebola and other diseases, to African traditional healers. We can work with them with all the tools needed for scientific research. These African traditional healers or local healers treat hundreds or thousands of people in one day. They are often considered by mystics of all Africans themselves and by Europeans. Generally they use plants to heal the sick, potions and / or decoctions they only secrets. We can see such as quinine derived from papaya leaves are used in modern medecine. Some hallucinogenic plants, see relatives drug used as anesthesia for surgery. We intend also equip ambulances to transport patients. It will take 50 ambulances to be able to provide a minimum service for which concern the transport of patients  
Teach people priority for women 
we want to teach people in burkina  faso , particulary  women . This start in burkina first ,we are going to help people in difficulties . We will teach in difficult neighborhoods in west Africa . The priority concern women teaching . We will help job job search internet . By writing  curriculum viatea . From exploration we have help women in job search . We are going to start in île burkina faso ,after our association will go on all west Africa . We need computers to teach people .  In Burkina faso some people have difficulties to have a job , we want to help them by propesting  the job market .   . this teaching including  poor people , women, old persons . We are going to teach some rules  . these rules will permit the live in society .   In burkina faso some people are victims because of their sex, and the cultures .we want to help this people by teaching them lessons in english, in mathematics , geographic .
 We want to say that all people can succeed indeed if they have knownledges . We want to recrut more volunteers  .                            
The cultural association Burkinabe account give school support classes in neighborhoods hard we intend to develop then we throughout Burkina via a monthly fee of 10 USD per month.will be allowed through these courses supportschools to promote moral values and civismes.we have also contribute to a group literacy session for companies wishing to educate their employees , or individual .
